COMMUNITY GROUPS
Grow Together
LIVE LIFE TOGETHER
When Jesus set up the Church, he didn’t envision a place but a group of people. Community groups are where we connect and grow as we take next steps to fully follow Jesus with others. Find your group today!

Experience
connection
Church members who have participated in groups report an overall better sense of connection and belonging at Lake Fork Baptist Church.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Community groups are for those who are looking for a deeper and richer connection with God, and for those wanting to meet some fun people along the way.
How often do Groups meet?
Community groups meet once a month in the Spring and Fall months.
Where do they meet?
We have various Community Groups in Emory, Alba, Yantis, and Quitman. Specific addresses are given when Community Groups are open.
What happens at a Group?
Typically the Community Group begins with a time of fellowship and sometimes groups share a meal together as well. A video of Pastor Zach is shown and the Facilitator for your group will ask a set of questions. This allows the group to discuss and provide input outloud.
Who will be in my Group?
People from your local area will attend your Community Group. We have a couple of family friendly groups, as well.

MINEOLA
THE JAMES
The James meet in Mineola, Texas. Their community group consists of mainly middle-aged to older adults. Mrs. Donna is an excellent cook and she provides a meal at each community group.
