The student ministry at Lake Fork strives on a weekly basis to provide an environment where every student is shown that they matter and are loved. We desire to provide opportunities to allow connection with the church body. Our goal is not to just help one student grow in Christ but to help every student grow in Christ and to teach each student how to reach others with the Gospel.

Lake Fork Baptist aspires to show students how to have an understanding and saving faith for salvation in Jesus Christ. It is our mission to equip each student with their spiritual growth so that they can have a real relationship with King Jesus.  We strive to help every student mature through learning and studying God’s Word.  We work to guide each student to develop a heart and hunger to serve God with their life, desires, and their actions.

our purpose

lfbc youth

Lake Fork Student Ministry exists to glorify our Lord and Savior Jesus Chris, to preach and share the Gospel, make disciples, serve in missions, and worship King Jesus. We desire to lead students who are changed by the gospel of Jesus to be engaged missionally while connecting he hearts of students and families to the church body.

Our Vision is to bring people into an encounter with Jesus Christ that will result in the transformation of students, families, the communities around Lake Fork, and the nations of the world.  No one is left behind, each student is unique and special and is loved by God and Lake Fork Baptist Church.

Our Mission Is to see the lost brought to faith in Christ through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ for Salvation. We want to see students lives changed into mature disciples of Christ. We want to see families changed for Christ and together reach the communities around Lake Fork for the Glory of our Lord and King, Jesus.

Hattie is one of the newest additions to our ministry staff. Although she is the youngest staff member, she has a kind, compassionate, and gentle old soul. God has blessed her with many talents including the ability to play multiple instruments. She uses these talents to help lead the youth worship on Wednesday nights. She also has a keen and creative eye for videography and she works hard to capture authentic moments that occur during youth events.
